Pip Dress Pre-Order

Pre-Order means that you can purchase and secure your size before they land in store. You get first dibs! The way it works is simple- 

  1. Place and pay for your order as normal. 
  2. We will sent it to you as soon as we get our hands on them! 

THAT SIMPLE. 

The ETA will be around 4 weeks from 1st August 2020. Please be aware that this is only an estimate and we cannot guarantee it's arrival by any certain date. It may be later, or it may be earlier! Pre-order delivery times can be subject to change and by placing a pre-order you acknowledge and agree to this. 

If you want to check up on the progression of the style you've pre-ordered, simply email us with your name and order number to 

ollymfashion@gmail.com 

so we can update you! 

Returns of Pre-Order items are the same as everything else- you can return them for store credit without any problems. However, please review our Policy for more details. 

Sales Terms & Conditions

Due to the high volume of orders that we receive during a sale please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully prior to ordering. 

Please read the product and sizing description carefully before purchasing. All sale item purchases are final. 

We do not exchange, refund or store credit item purchased on sale. This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law. 

Due to the high volume of orders that we receive we cannot add to or change any items on the order once we have received it. 

Olly M maintains that it is unable to offer pricing amendments on items originally purchased at RRP or in a sale or on any promotional items that are temporarily reduced. Once an item has been purchased at a RRP or discounted sale price, no additional pricing reductions will be offered, should the item be further marker-down. 

Sale discounts and codes are only available during an advertised sale. Once the sale is over no orders will amended to reflect the sale price if the order was placed outside of the sale timeframe. 

If the sale requires a code and it is not entered we can not amend the payment after the sale has been processed. 

If stock sells out during a sale or was unavailable at the start of the sale it will not be restocked during the sale. 

Only one code can be redeemed per transaction. Gift vouchers can only be redeemed when another code is not being used. 

Shipping time frames change during a sale due to the high amount of orders that we receive. We have a maximum 10 business day turn around to ship all orders after a sale. 

How long will my order take to ship?  

When we are not in a sale period* or in a new product release period* we ship next business day! When we use EXPRESS service in Australia - Once shipped Australian orders will take 24-48 hours to arrive to your door! 

*PO BOXES and Parcel Lockers - Please note all parcels with a PO Box Address or a Parcel Locker address will be handed over to Australia Post and will come under their shipping timeframes. Please follow up with your local post office for the shipping timeframe in your local area.

Unfortunately, at this stage we do not ship to International Customers. 

*SALE AND NEW RELEASE SHIPPING TIMEFRAMES - Due to the high amount of orders that we receive during a sale or a new release product drop our shipping time frames change during these periods. We have a maximum 10 business day turn around to ship all orders after a sale or new release product drop. 

Do we take pre-orders? 

Due to the high volume of orders we receive we are unable to take pre-orders. Follow @ollymfashion for all restock and new release dates and times! 

Not quite right? 

If the sizing or style is not quite right we will happily exchange the item or provide you with store credit. For our full exchange policy please see our Terms and Conditions page. 

Please see our full exchange policy. Please apply for an exchange no longer than 30 days from the date of your package being delivered. 

If the item you have received is faulty, please contact our customer service team straight away so we can fix this up for you! Please apply for a replacement item no longer than 90 days from the date of your package being delivered. If there is a fault with the product, we will happily cover the cost of a replacement, including return postage. 

Can I change my order? 

Due to the high volume of orders that come in, we are not able to take any emails or requests to combine orders, change orders, or edit them. Any requests to do this will be declined. Please be sure to input your correct postal address at checkout as we do not accept any responsibility if the incorrect address as be submitted and we have not had time to change it before it ships. 

Do you ship worldwide? 

No, Unfortunately we do not ship worldwide at this stage.

Will my package include tracking? 

Of course! Once your order has been despatched you will receive an email with your tracking number. Once your order has been dispatched, Olly M accepts no responsibility for loss or any damage to your package. 

Are there any delays in shipping? 

Shipping delays can be subject to the weather conditions of your area and also the volume of packages that the postal system is processing at the time. These circumstance are completely out of our control. 

Covid-19 may cause delays during this time.
